Minimum Order
The minimum order amount is £50 (excluding VAT)
Payment
We accept Credit Card and Debit Card payments via HSBC Card Processing
Cards we accept, (MasterCard / Visa / Maestro / Solo / Switch).
Goods will not be dispatched until the customer's funds being paid to bodyjewellery-ic.com have cleared in full.
Order Notes
bodyjewellery-ic.com is available to UK,European & Worldwide customers. Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Pounds Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with transaction and order reference.International Collection monitor prices on a daily basis.
We reserve the right to not accept, or cancel, any orders without prior warning.

Delivery
Orders will generally be dispatched within 2-3 days of ordering. However, in exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 30 days.
All UK orders under £150.00 are sent by registered Royal Mail standard delivery or UPS at £5.00 per order.
All UK orders over £150.00 are sent free of charge.
bodyjewellery-ic.com does not accept responsibility for any delivery delays due to Royal Mail or UPS disruptions.
All European Union orders, excluding the UK are sent signed for Royal Mail or UPS at £12.00
All other European orders are sent signed for Royal Mail or UPS at £15.00
All Worldwide orders are sent signed for Royal Mail or UPS at £25.00

Returns Policy & Guarantee
International Collection guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact International Collection and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel. If you cancel part of an order the postage and packaging may have to be recalculated in accordance to our delivery rates. For example if you are a UK customer and your order came to £210.00 delivery would be free, if you cancel part of that order and say the total order is now less than £200.00 a delivery charge will be added.
Please note pierced jewellery cannot be returned without prior authority from International Collection.
