International Collection guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact International Collection and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel. If you cancel part of an order the postage and packaging may have to be recalculated in accordance to our delivery rates. For example if you are a UK customer and your order came to £210.00 delivery would be free, if you cancel part of that order and say the total order is now less than £200.00 a delivery charge will be added.
Please note pierced jewellery cannot be returned without prior authority from International Collection.
